Of course, there are many many ways to engage the rectus abdominis and the pelvic floor together. The move featured below is just one way. But...
​
ANY TIME you are working the abs, it is a good idea to: 
*pull the pelvic floor up
*pull the belly button toward the spine
*slightly tilt the pelvis under you
and *pull your shoulder blades back and down

STRONG, UNSTOPPABLE CORE, here you come!
