DIY your Howl & Wag
The first annual Howl & Wag 5-day Online Yoga Retreat took place August 24th - August 28th, 2020. All of the practices and guided meditations were captured on video so that you can still participate in the retreat in a DIY fashion, on your own schedule. Purchasing Howl & Wag 2020 will provide you access to 5 AM Practices -- all around 45 minutes long; 5 Guided Meditations -- all between 10 & 20 minutes long; and 5 PM Practices -- all around 30 minutes long; as well as a 50-page workbook that will guide you through the process and experience of the retreat.
